Export Sales Manager
As a result of our growth, we are looking to add an Export Sales Manager to our Sales Department.

🎯 What are the main challenges of this position?
- Develop and consolidate international business in assigned markets, building sustainable commercial relationships in industrial and special cabling solutions.
- Manage international accounts, provide support and follow-up for customers and projects, and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Prospect and develop new customers, distributors, and sales channels.
- Take part in trade fairs, meetings, and international business visits.
- Negotiate commercial terms, prepare and follow up on technical-commercial offers, and coordinate orders.
- Work cross-functionally with internal departments, including production, logistics, quality, engineering, back office, and marketing.
- Carry out market, competitor, and trend analysis, and gather feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Lead and coordinate the commercial back-office team.
- Report regularly to the Sales Management team and ensure the quality of the business generated.
🤝 This position is for you if you have:
- A university degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or a similar field.
- At least 5 years of experience in international industrial B2B sales.
- Experience in automation, electrical equipment, or similar technical sectors will be highly valued.
- C1 level of English is essential; other languages will be highly valued.
- Industrial technical knowledge and the ability to interpret specifications.
- A tech-oriented profile.
- Strong results and profitability orientation, negotiation skills, autonomy, organization, and proactivity.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, cultural adaptability, and an international mindset.
