As part of our growth, we are looking to add an IT Support Technician (Level 1) to our IT department.

🎯 What challenges will you take on in this role?

• You will resolve questions and issues related to hardware, software, networks, printing systems, and office tools.
• You will configure user accounts, emails, and access permissions for new hires in Microsoft 365.
• You will prepare, configure, and install computers, peripherals, and new workstations.
• You will provide on-site support to colleagues in both offices and production areas, managing support tickets.
• You will help monitor systems, perform preventive tasks, and provide basic network support.
• You will create and update simple technical guides to ensure knowledge is always accessible.
• You will work closely with the Sysadmin, escalating Level 2 incidents whenever necessary.
• You will collaborate on infrastructure projects and communicate with external suppliers when required.

🤝 This position is for you if you:

• Hold a Higher Vocational Training qualification in Microcomputer Systems, ASIX, or a similar field.
• Have at least 1–2 years of experience in IT support (internships will also be valued).
• Have worked with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and basic networking (TCP/IP, WiFi, switches).
• Have experience using ticketing systems.
• Demonstrate strong user and service orientation, proactivity, and a willingness to learn.
