🎯 What challenges does this position involve?

• Preparing and assembling the extrusion machine.
• Interpreting and following manufacturing instructions.
• Identifying the product in process using labels.
• Recording the different process parameters and quality control guidelines on the manufacturing orders.
• Completing the work report with the times and meters produced.
• Passing manufacturing orders and intermediate products to the next production section.
• Keeping the work area clean and tidy.
• Carrying out weekly maintenance tasks and reporting any detected faults.
• Informing production managers of any issues that arise during the execution of work.
• Complying with occupational health and safety regulations in your role to prevent possible accidents and illnesses, using the corresponding PPE.
• Disposing of recyclable raw material waste and scrap in the appropriate containers.

• Completing incident reports for any faults detected during the work shift.

   

🤝 This position is for you if:

• You have Secondary Education or High School qualifications.
• You have knowledge of industrial production procedures (1–3 years of experience).
• You have knowledge of raw materials (plastic).
• You are familiar with tools such as an electric hoist, vernier caliper, and micrometer.
• You are proactive and motivated by continuous improvement.
• You value teamwork.

• You have a clear orientation toward excellence.
