Description and application

Armoured flexible instrumentation cable, foiled individually and as a whole, XLPE insulation 90 °C and halogen-free sheath. High resistance to hydrocarbons according to UIC 895OR For the transmission of signals between equipment in industrial installations in locations with atmospheres with risk of explosion according to ITC-BT-029 (ATEX)

Design

  • Single shield
Aluminium/polyester tape applied on each pair, with 100% coverage + tinned copper drain wire
  • Overall cable shield
Aluminium/polyester tape with 100% coverage + tinned copper drain wire.
  • Armouring
    Galvanized steel wire core
  • Conductor
Bare copper wires, flexible, Class 5 to IEC 60228
  • Insulation
    Polyolefin
  • Wiring
Two conductors form a twisted pair with optimum pitch to minimise potential external interference that can disrupt the signal. Pairs wired together concentrically.
  • Identification
    Numbered black and blue
  • Grip
    Polyolefin
  • Grip colour
    Black
  • Sheath
    Polyolefin RH
  • Colour
    Black
