Sumcab will be exhibiting, under the Sumcab Projects banner, at the 11th annual Intersolar South America exhibition, taking place from 27 to 29 August in Sao Paulo, Brazil. This business unit responsible for the development of large infrastructure projects will be exhibiting its extensive portfolio of cabling solutions for the solar energy sector, showcasing its ToughGround and Sumsave H1Z2Z2-K cables.

Sumcab ToughGround: proven resistance
Sumcab ToughGround is a robust, all-terrain, heavy-duty cable designed for low-voltage power lines. This unique product has a sheath made from sustainable and recycled materials that are halogen-free and boast low smoke and corrosive gas emissions.
Thanks to an outer casing that provides maximum strength (IEC 60228 standard), it can be installed directly into ditches without the need for any soil preparation or modification beforehand. This optimises installation costs and minimises incidents caused by durability shortcomings. It has AD8 protection certification, XLPE insulation and is designed to withstand UV rays, low temperatures and possible rodent and termite damage, making it an ideal cable for outdoor installations.
Sumsave H1Z2Z2-K: underwater efficiency
The Sumsave H1Z2Z2-K is a submersible solar cable, manufactured according to AD8 protection certification, allowing it to be permanently and totally submerged in water. This makes it an ideal cable for installation at facilities with submersible or wet areas. It is also resistant to sunlight, rodents and termites.
